What should I wear?
Wear clothing that is comfortable and moves with your body.

Who is Pilates best suited to?
Anyone, of any age, and at any fitness level is welcome to join our classes.

How soon after I eat can I have a Pilates workout?
We recommend not working out on a full stomach, but a light meal before your Pilates routine shouldn’t interfere.

But I’ve never been flexible…
With time that will be a thing of the past! Everyone has a different level of ability, and our Pilates routines recognize that.

Will it hurt?
No. While Pilates is a great form of exercise it should never cause you pain, or discomfort. Let our trainers know if something doesn’t feel right for you, and we will modify your routine to fit your individual needs.

When will I see results?
Everyone is different, but most feel a difference after a few workouts. With a little time, you will see the results too!

How often should I workout to see results?
We suggest two or three workout sessions a week. Our amazing staff can help plan a workout regimen than will help you see the results you want, in optimal time.

I have an injury, is Pilates safe for me?
Yes. Talk to our staff about all past or present injuries and they will help ease you into a Pilates routine.

How will I know what type of class is right for me?
Based on your goals we will decide together which system would work best for you in helping you achieve them.
